Surprisingly Simple

The Obu dining chair may appear simple at first glance, but surprises with its eye-catching details and comfortable seating. The upholstery is a durable boucle fabric available in four subtle natural colors that can be mixed and matched harmoniously.

When placed together, they become true eye candies that are a joy to behold. Don't be fooled by its compact size, as the Obu chair doesn't compromise on comfort. The gently curved backrest provides excellent support, and the firm padding in the seat encourages an active sitting posture.

Four Soft colors

The boucle upholstery is composed of 100% polyester and is very durable.The colors go by the names Very Dromedary (beige), Icing on the Cake (off-white), Raccoon (soft grey), and Blush Blush (soft pink). These colors have subtle differences that distinguish them from one another, allowing you to confidently mix and match them. While we're not always fans of mix % matching, we find it particularly charming with the Obu chair.

The fabric is part of a sustainability program that minimizes water and energy usage. Its durability and chemical-free production process contribute to its sustainability.

Sleek % Straight

The Obu chair features a single-piece frame with an attached backrest, made of matte black powder-coated steel. The frame is characterized by its straight and slender profile, with a flat-cylinder shape. The chair's feet are finished with uniform nylon protective caps.

Vacuum or brush away dust and debris. For liquid spills, blot immediately. Use a mild soap solution for spot cleaning. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Frames

Ordering an item from our webshop is safe and easy. Each product displays the associated delivery time - your order will be dispatched within this timeframe.

1. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing the order number.

2. As soon as the delivery time is reached or the item is in stock, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day.

Benelux:

Shipping is done with our regular carrier, Wesseling Logistics. Wesseling Logistics sends a shipping confirmation as soon as the shipment is scheduled, which includes a VVA number (shipping reference). On the day of delivery, you will receive a 2-hour time slot by email.

Note: The emails sometimes end up in SPAM, please check if you haven't received anything.

Rest of Europe:

* Orders < 4 standard boxes (dining chairs) or < 2 large boxes (armchairs) are shipped with DHL Parcel. After shipping, you will receive a T&T link from DHL Parcel.

* Orders > 3 standard boxes (dining chairs) or > 1 large box (armchair) are shipped with Dachser Logistics. Dachser sends an email with a planning request to coordinate a delivery day. Tracking details are provided by Dachser.

Unless you selected a special service for delivery, our standard delivery is based on curb-side delivery.

Please note this means delivery is to the ground floor, and items are not delivered inside.

If you need to return your order, please make sure to do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

Register Your Return:

• Email us at returns@jesperhome.com.
• Include your order number, item number, and the quantity of items you are returning.

Receive Your Return Label:

• We will send you a return label via email.

Prepare Your Package:

• Pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
• Place the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is not free and will be deducted from your refund.

• Standard label (dining chair) within Benelux: €7.50
• Large label (accent chair) within Benelux: €15
• Standard label for the rest of Europe: €25
• Large label for the rest of Europe: €50

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, we will create a credit note.
• The refund will be deposited into your account within 14 days.
• If you paid with Klarna, we will adjust the invoice accordingly.
