The Kushi chair is available in five colors: Sweet Corn (yellow), Ocean Eyes (blue), Black-Out (black), Desert Dunes (light beige), and Ivory Ivy (cream). In addition, the Kushi is offered in two Special Edition colors: Trouty Tinge and Skyfall. Just because we're so fond of Kushi's design. Each color has its own characteristics but we find them all equally stunning! If you can't decide or want to add an element of surprise, consider opting for two colors. It can create a beautiful and unexpected combination.
The upholstery of the Kushi seat is made of high-quality polyester/nylon that is durable and colorfast. Despite the robust nature of the fabric, it looks and feels inviting and wonderfully soft. Additionally, the fabric has a bonus feature: it is stain-resistant. Say what?! Yes, for real: the fabric has been treated to repel liquids, dirt, and dust. Smart, right?

With the Kushi dining chair, you can choose from a set of carefully selected fabric colors and pair your preferred seat with one of several base options.
Available base options:
- Slide frame – Sleek, continuous lines that offer a light and open look. Finishes: black, stainless steel, gold, rose gold.
- Cross frame – Playful design with intersecting lines. Finishes: black, stainless steel, gold, rose gold.
- Turn frame – 180-degree swivel with an automatic return function. Finishes: black, stainless steel, gold, rose gold, brown, beige.
- Revolve frame – Solid oak base with 360-degree swivel and auto-return. Finishes: bleached, natural, walnut, matte black.
- Quad frame – A central cylinder with four branches extending to the floor, creating a strong and balanced look. Finishes: beige, grey.
- Caster frame – A chunky base with large wheels, combining mobility and statement design. Finishes: black, grey.
All metal bases are made of high-quality steel with durable matte finishes. The oak bases are crafted from solid wood in timeless tones.

Delivery
Ordering an item from our webshop is safe and easy. Each product displays the associated delivery time - your order will be dispatched within this timeframe.
1. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing the order number.
2. As soon as the delivery time is reached or the item is in stock, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day.
Benelux:
Shipping is done with our regular carrier, Wesseling Logistics. Wesseling Logistics sends a shipping confirmation as soon as the shipment is scheduled, which includes a VVA number (shipping reference). On the day of delivery, you will receive a 2-hour time slot by email.
Note: The emails sometimes end up in SPAM, please check if you haven't received anything.
Rest of Europe:
* Orders < 4 standard boxes (dining chairs) or < 2 large boxes (armchairs) are shipped with DHL Parcel. After shipping, you will receive a T&T link from DHL Parcel.
* Orders > 3 standard boxes (dining chairs) or > 1 large box (armchair) are shipped with Dachser Logistics. Dachser sends an email with a planning request to coordinate a delivery day. Tracking details are provided by Dachser.
Unless you selected a special service for delivery, our standard delivery is based on curb-side delivery.
Please note this means delivery is to the ground floor, and items are not delivered inside.
Returns
How to Return Your Order
If you need to return your order, please make sure to do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

Register Your Return:
- Please register your return on our returns platform using your email address and order number.
- Please note return costs apply depending on the size of your order.

Once Approved Prepare Your Package:
- Pack the item(s) securely. If possible, use the original packaging.
- Place the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, we will create a credit note.
- Opened, used or damaged goods can be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal (if necessary, compensation for lost value can be claimed).
- The refund will be deposited into your account within 14 days.
- If you paid with Klarna, we will adjust the invoice accordingly.
