Shipping

Ordering an item from our webshop is safe and easy. Each product shows the associated delivery time - your order will be dispatched within this timeframe.

  1. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation containing the order number;
  2. As soon as the delivery time is reached or the item is in stock, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day.

Benelux: Shipping is done with our regular carrier Wesseling Logistics. Wesseling Logistics sends a shipping confirmation as soon as the shipment is scheduled, this includes a so-called consignment note number; this is the shipping reference. On the day of delivery, you will receive a 2-hour time slot by email.

DE / FR / AT / ES/ IT: Orders < 4 standard boxes (dining chairs) or < 2 large boxes (armchairs) are shipped with DHL Parcel. After shipping, you will receive a T&T link from DHL Parcel.

DE / FR / AT / ES/ IT: Orders > 3 standard boxes (dining chairs) or > 1 large box (armchair) are shipped with Dachser Logistics. Dachser sends an email with a planning request to coordinate a delivery day. Tracking details are generated from Dachser.

Please note that all deliveries are made to the first threshold.

 

Return Article

Do you want to return your order? Make sure you send back the order within 14 days of the delivery date. Follow these steps when you want a return:

  1. Register your return via [email protected]
  2. Include the order number, item number, and quantity.

We send a return label by email.

Package the item(s) in the original packaging and place the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Return shipments are not free of charge and are deducted from the refund you receive.

  • Standard label (dining chair) Benelux: €7.50
  • Large label (armchair) Benelux: €15
  • Standard label DE / FR / AT / ES/ IT: €25
  • Large label DE / FR / AT / ES/ IT: €50

Once we have received the returned item in good order, we will create a credit note and the return amount will be deposited into your account within 14 days. If you have paid with Klarna, we will (partially) cancel the invoice.
