I would like to see my favorite Jesper Home designs in person, where can I go?

 Find your nearest store using our store locator. If you want to make sure a product is actually in stock, please contact the store in advance.

How do you handle my personal data?

We will treat your personal data with the utmost care, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please visit our Privacy Policy.

Order Process

I have not received an order confirmation, how do I know if my order has been processed correctly?

If your order is visible in 'My Orders' under 'My Account', you can assume that everything has been processed correctly. You can always send us an email at customercare@jesperhome.com to check.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have already placed an order, please contact our customer service at +31 (0)88 786 3536. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

Ordering an item from our webshop is safe and easy. Each product displays the associated delivery time - your order will be dispatched within this timeframe.

1. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing the order number.

2. As soon as the delivery time is reached or the item is in stock, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day.

Benelux:

Shipping is done with our regular carrier, Wesseling Logistics. Wesseling Logistics sends a shipping confirmation as soon as the shipment is scheduled, which includes a VVA number (shipping reference). On the day of delivery, you will receive a 2-hour time slot by email.

Note: The emails sometimes end up in SPAM, please check if you haven't received anything.

Rest of Europe:

* Orders < 4 standard boxes (dining chairs) or < 2 large boxes (armchairs) are shipped with DHL Parcel. After shipping, you will receive a T&T link from DHL Parcel.

* Orders > 3 standard boxes (dining chairs) or > 1 large box (armchair) are shipped with Dachser Logistics. Dachser sends an email with a planning request to coordinate a delivery day. Tracking details are provided by Dachser.

Unless you selected a special service for delivery, our standard delivery is based on curb-side delivery.

Please note this means delivery is to the ground floor, and items are not delivered inside.

Are your items assembled or do I need to assemble them upon arrival?

Most of our items are easy to assemble. The items are delivered with an assembly kit (if relevant). Some items require no assembly at all.

Can I postpone the delivery of my order?

Please reach out to us (customercare@jesperhome.com) to discuss the possibilities.

I missed the delivery, how can I make a new appointment?

You can either make a new appointment using the note from our forwarder which they left in your mailbox or you can give us a call (+31 (0)88 786 3536), so that we issue a new delivery option.

Maintenance

Are your furniture items impregnated before delivery?

No, our furniture is not impregnated.

Can I impregnate the furniture myself, or will this void the warranty?

You may impregnate the furniture yourself, and it will not affect the warranty.

What is the best way to remove any stains from the furniture?

Using a lightly damp cloth along with a small amount of green soap and a dabbing motion, you should be able to remove any stains from the respective fabric.

Which (chair) leg protection do you recommend?

We recommend consulting Floorfriendly for advice. This is because they are experts in the field of chair legs in combination with specific floors.

Do you have separate protective caps available for the chair legs?

Yes, please send your request for the protective caps to customercare@jesperhome.com.

Returns

How can I return my order?

If you need to return your order, please make sure to do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

Register Your Return:

  • Email us at returns@jesperhome.com.
  • Include your order number, item number, and the quantity of items you are returning.

Receive Your Return Label:

  • We will send you a return label via email.

Prepare Your Package:

  • Pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  • Place the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is not free and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Standard label (dining chair) within Benelux: €7.50
  • Large label (accent chair) within Benelux: €15
  • Standard label for the rest of Europe: €25
  • Large label for the rest of Europe: €50

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, we will create a credit note.
  • The refund will be deposited into your account within 14 days.
  • If you paid with Klarna, we will adjust the invoice accordingly.

Guarantee

Do you provide a warranty on your products?

Yes, we want you to enjoy your new purchase for a long time. Our products come with a legal warranty, which is valid for up to two years after purchase. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect of it. We provide a solution for each product.

We apply strict quality control from material to delivery. If you receive damaged products, make sure to take both photos and a video. This way, we can assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible with a suitable solution.

I purchased one of your products and it shows defects, what can I do?

We're here to help you. Please send an email to customercare@jesperhome.com with the following information:

  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos/videos of the damage, if applicable
  • The order number and the name under which the order was placed.

We will contact you as soon as possible upon receiving your message.
